GOPAC had the opportunity to build their image and relationship with Latino voters by electing individuals who understand their concerns and offer common sense solutions to address the challenges our communities face. Dan Chavez was one of the candidates who was elected to attend this Training Summit with all expenses paid. There he met many Hispanic Leaders such as Carlos M. Gutierrez, Anna Cabral, Alberto Gonzales, Dr. Juan Hernandez, Rudy Beserra, Mario Lopez and many more wonderful leaders in the U.S.

Kyle vs EPISD

On Friday May 21^st there was an event outside of the EPISD Headquarters at 6351 Boeing at 9:30 am to Support Kyle and his family. Kyle attends Lincoln Middle School. Due to his disabilities an organization responsible for a trip for students to New York and Washington mandated that in order for Kyle to attend, and escort would have to be assigned to him and paid for by Kyle. Other citizens and I organized in support of Kyle because of the inconsistencies that were put in place by the School District. That day it was brought to our attention that Kyle was able to attend the trip. “Victory!”
